Printing - # Of Copies & Printer Choice

I have my printer and # of copies set in Reports/Printers. When printing, I don't get my required number of copies (2) and the printer selection still comes up, after viewing the report on the screen. Shouldn't this be bypassed with the printer settings in Manager SE? Unnecessary clicking drives me batty.

I believe the printer settings (number of copies) only works when you print directly without preview. Preview allows you to change number of copies and defaults to one. Skip the preview to screen and your number of copies should print correctly.

TIP: If Print Preview is desired to be left ON, File - Print will bypass preview and give you TWO copies right now.

Conversely, you can leave preview off and occasionally use the File>Preview menu to get it on the screen. Depends on your workflow.
