Mechanic And # Not On Printed Invoice?

Have noticed before the big upgrade that the mechanic name and number would occasionally not be on the printed invoice. Just noticed today that they have not been there at all since mid April. setting issue that I cant find? In Michigan this is a must.

Hi - I just checked this - the technician is in the invoice, is your system set to use the Michigan template?
