Driver Contact Name Not Printed On RO?

A few releases ago there wasn't field for a customer's first name to be associated with the phone number list. Back then we were using the extension field to specify the first name, albeit it was truncated. Since then there's been an addition space provided for a name which is great however the RO now shows just the phone number. This creates a bit of a issue when contacting the customer in that by looking at the printed RO you have no idea whose phone number it is that you are calling. The only way to tell is to go to Customer Screen for that vehicle.

Can we get the "checked" names and numbers from the Telephone List printed on the RO and for that matter the printed Invoice as well?

It will look something like below, if there are notes with the selected phone numbers, two lines will be used.

Thanks for the pic. From our standpoint just the name would suffice. But it would, if possible and eventually, coincide with the checked number or numbers in the Telephone List.
Example: If Steve and home were checked ###-###-#### Steve, ###-###-#### Home (If only Steve was checked maybe Home would be a default. If Steve and Valarie were checked ###-###-#### Steve, ###-###-#### Valarie.

The only way that I see to get a name to show on an RO is to put the name in the Ext. field. If I use omit the name in the Ext. field it just shows the number. If I add a driver and phone number it still just prints the number. The report that we're using for RO's is "RO with Part Detail". FWIW, the only time we assign a "Driver" is with Companies that have multiple vehicles.

It is available now, you can download the update from http://www.m1faqs.com/fix/SE , I strongly suggest you not do this update in the morning or the middle of the day. Do it at the end of the day, if you get stuck ring up tech support as soon as you can.

Is there a good likelihood that the install will give me troubles?

The main issue we see here with installation is 1. User needs to temporarily turn off Windows firewall, 2. must be logged into pc as Admin, and 3. Exit all other running programs and temporarily shut down anti-virus software for the update install.

Is this change integrated in version 7.3.7 or do you still have to run the fix?

On our RO's under "Technician Work Sheet" is says:
CUSTOMERLASNAME, CUSTOMERFIRSTNAME
Cellular 123-456-7890 --- Cellular 2 123-456-7890

On our Invoices under the customer address:
Cellular 123-456-7890 --- Cellular 2 123-456-7890

Shouldn't both be:
Cellular 123-456-7890 CUSTOMERNAMEFROMNOTES/NAMEfield --- Cellular 2 123-456-7890 CUSTOMERNAMEFROMNOTE/NAMEfield

We are using the following templates:
for Repair Orders: RO with Part Detail
for Invoices: INV Stk Paper w/o hours
for Tech. Worksheets: Expanded Worksheet w. Charged Hours
