Total Number Of Customers On File?

Is there a way I can get a total number of unique customers who came in, say over the past 12 months? Not double counting someone who brought in multiple cars? Can I also see how often they visit per year? Also, is there a way to see the average number of cars on file for my customers?

Two of your requests can be met with an existing report and the third can be met by exporting a report and 'massaging' it a little.

For Unique Customers and Visits Per Year, use the Customer Activity Report date ranged for the year you want. For Average # of Vehicles per Customer, run the Customer Last In by Date report, export it to Excel. Select the year you want and discard the rest, then perform the average function on the '# of vehicles' column.
