Report - Sub Estimate by Date Range

SE 7.5 update list shows we should have a report "Sub Estimate by Date Range". Sounds like it could be a useful report. Too bad it doesn't show up in my reports list. What gives?

I believe that one got renamed Open Revision by Date, still under the Management tab

I requested the name be changed to 'Revisions' as that is the language used by shops far more often than 'Sub-Estimates'. We'll change the 7.5 highlights text to match as I'd thought that was done as well.
