Need Report For New Clients?

Good day to all.
We are new to the system, In our last system using for 30+ years LOL.
We were able to print a report to list NEW TO OUR SHOP customers and what they
have spent first time in.
We have always found this report to be a good way to see our growth and
ROI on advertising .
Is there such a report that we can't find or is there one in the works ?

Welcome to the Forum.

This is a good report to have. You can obtain new customer data by using the follow up report suite, however customer spending is not included. If you have the Report Pro add-on, there is that exact report available. It provides the customer, referred by, first and last visit, and first and lifetime spent.

I have a customer purchasing a vehicle from our in house fleet company.I have been trying to run a vehicle history report, but every time I get an error message "not responding". I am opening the history and click print. Anyone have any ideas I'd rather not have to print individual invoices going back 6 years. I have been able to run this report for customers before on an individual truck.

That report is in need of optimization. With that said, you can still almost always run it. You'll want to pick a time when you don't need to do much else though. Windows will see it as "not responding," but if you just leave it alone the report will typically run (5-20 minutes isn't unusual on customers with a lot of history).

I just printed two history reports. One was 14 pages, the other 20, and had no issues. 7.5.0, windows 1954

I'm taking your advice Silky and running the report while I patiently look at the screen & keeping my fingers crossed.

I tried a few vehicles last night that had 10 years of history and it took 10-15 minutes each.

10 minutes and counting still watching the circle go round & round. Hopefully, this report is on the enhancement list for an easier way to run.
