Hitting F10 for invoice detail

I am trying to do the cntrl/F10 function when viewing a RO or an invoice to see the detail of the invoice. When I do that it goes thru all the correct motions until I hit YES or NO in the "Print to screen?" box. I get an "unhandled exception error......settings to access printer "HP42BCCO are not valid". Any ideas why?

That is unusual, but typically indicates the printer is no longer available, either physically or simply disconnected from the network. Try going to File > Print Setup and checking the Default Printer. If it's different from the one selected to print invoices, change it to match (assuming you can print invoices/reports).

If you're still having trouble, I'd suggest rebooting as that tends to take care of many strange issues. After that, it's likely you'd want to contact Tech Support 888-724-6742.
