Printing history for comeback
While comebacks are infrequent we would like to print the history of at least the last repair. This being the case, is there a way to print history without printing pricing info?

Hi Dan,
I'm not sure where in the process you are hoping to print this from, but we recently added a new Technician Worksheet report that includes history (Tech Worksheet with History). If there is a work order in progress, you can print the worksheet. This will display the category, date posted, odometer in and the invoice number (no dollar values). Do note the sort order is by category, something I'm hoping to change in the not to distant future.
Hope this helps!

Re: Printing history for comeback
The scenario that I'm specifically questioning is:
1. Customer comes in and has work done
2. Customer pays invoice and leaves
3. Customer drives vehicle for a period of time: a few days or a week
4. Customer brings vehicle back for service. Let's say the service is related to the previous service done in step 1.
We looking for a way to print the history, from step 1., without costs for the tech's in the back to see what was done previously.
