Balance Due Date Range?

Post by KELLERSSERVICE »

WE HAVE BEEN USING QUICK BOOKS FOR ALL OF OUR BILLING AND NOW WE ARE STARTING TO USE MITCHELL. IM TRYING TO PRINT BALANCE DUE STATEMENTS FOR LAST MONTH BUT I CANT SELECT THE DATE RANGE. SO IF I WANT TO PRINT BILLING FOR LAST MONTH I MUST DO IT ON THE LAST DAY OF THE MONTH OTHERWISE IT INCLUDES THIS MONTHS WORK PERFORMED. ALL ID LIKE IS FOR MITCHELL TO ADD THE FEATURE TO SELECT THE DATE RANGE. YOU CAN SELECT DATE RANGE FOR ALMOST EVERY REPORT YOU CAN IMAGINE EXCEPT THIS ONE. PLEASE FIX THIS PROBLEM.

Hello and welcome to the Forum.

Date range and statements have been a topic on here for 10 years. Suffice it to say that not everyone agrees on how it should work. It would be nice to have a cutoff date for statements, but Manager has never been an accounting program.

Best practice for today is to print your statements at the end of the month. You can have the program remind you by creating a shop event in the Scheduler and checking the reminder box. This will pop up on ALL workstations and remind you to print.
