I am looking for a report that will show number of cars worked on, total dollar amount [broke down parts and labor a plus} and average RO per tech..... think Posted Order report but per tech. Does such a thing exist? Anyone else compiling such a report in Excel and if so what reports are you running to compile the data?
Thinking of expanding my shop and trying to justify the expense and see what type of bays would be best. Are my oil change bays really making enough money to add 2 more? Should the space be dedicated to engine installs? Or do my B techs generate the most income? Open to ideas on how others are formulating this! Thanks

Re: Avg RO per Tech
Order Summary by Technician is the closest. You'll have to manually count the orders and divide to get average RO.
