Tracking new customters by source

I'm trying to find a way to track new customers by source. I see where I can enter the source...but I don't see a report to print to review where people came from. What's the best practice for doing this.

There are reports for both methods - Referral (Customer screen) and Source (Order Screen). Here is the latter report as requested:
