Go into Reports > Follow-up
Run the first (*MM) mail merge report on the list.
In the selector, set the date range to the future, and select the option for Customer not found in the range. Be warned, this will take a while to run!
When it's complete, you'll have a .csv file that can be opened in a spreadsheet application like Excel that has the FirstVisted column for all customers.
