New Job View Invoice & Estimate Question(s)?

Hi all!
I love the overall look and functionality of the job view templates, I'm just noticing a few quirky things here and there is all that I've got questions about!

Currently wondering if there's a way to get rid of the sale/rate column on the new invoices and estimates? I'll attach a screenshot of what I'm talking about.

Perfect! I had a few other small things but naturally after going through the process of creating my account on the forum, I forgot. Should've written them down! Glad to know I'm not just being picky and other people are wondering the same. Thank you!!!

A request to remove the word "due" from the Estimate printout.

I can see the logic in this request. We just finalized our 9.2 version changes, but will keep this one in mind for the future.
