Fleet Vehicle Reporting

Post by gordiesgarage »

I have a fleet customer looking for a report that summarizes each of his vehicle's repairs. His goal is to be able to look a the report and be able to see repairs, dates, mileage, dollars spent and have it over a specific date range. Is there a report like this available? The closest I see is the customer and vehicle report but that has a lot of information he doesn't need and it is hard to read.

He could do this through auto owner site if he signs up for it through his email and you use the crm program.

Did they update the Owner Auto site? It never showed totals before and wasn't searchable by date range.

The Customer and Vehicle report is the closest we have. But like Brian stated, customer signing up for Auto Owner site and you subscribing to CRM.

Does the Owner Auto Site now give dollars spent and meets the criteria I described? Can I get a screenshot or demo or something?

How about go to history screen on any vehicle and click on print at bottom of screen. This I think will give you all of the info you are looking for. I have my print options set to "print to screen" so you can review it before priniting it out.

Thanks for the idea. I actually use ProPack and they have a report that works better. I just had to manually input the vehicle number and total $ spent on the report using Acrobat. I am talking with ProPack to create a report that I need.
