parts list
What can we do about getting a parts list with the tech commission list. It just list the labor the tech has done but not the parts installed.

I use the Technician Commission report all the time and it shows parts installed for the tech. Have you set the technician for parts commission?
Go to Setup>Technician setup and select the technicians name and select edit. On the setup page in the lower left you will find parts commission box. Select Sale and enter the percentage for commission. From that time forward the parts sold and commission dollars will appear on the Commission report. I do not believe it will change previous records but you can check.
