We are trying to print a report that has - Customer one time visit. They have never returned another time for that vehicle or another vehicle. We also want to be able to choose the date range too. (ie. 1/1/12 to 1/31/12). We have found the Customer spending & visits in Bolt On that will work. It does show the information we want but is there way to print labels from that.
So here are our questions in short form.
Using Customer Spending & Visits report....
- Can you print out labels from this report to sent the customers a letter?

Re: Customer - One Time Visit
The question on printing probably belongs in the Bolt-On section.
As for Manager products, you might try this. It is possible to print labels from Reports - Followup tab - using New/Inactive tab, which includes a date range control. Build the list, click Print and select Labels.

Re: Customer - One Time Visit
Hi ARS:
There is a "New Customer" report; already available. It does not have financials, it was really designed to have a list to send thank you notes to.

Where is the Bolt On section?
Thank you... we saw the new customer report... but then we still have to go through it & figure out if they came back or not...
We will try the New/ Inactive tab to print the labels?
Will Bolt On see this?

Re: Customer - One Time Visit
ARS I attempted to PM you but some silly error came up. PM me your email and I will send you directions to get any piece of data in your Mitchell to excel. Very powerful for getting the reports you need to do a direct marketing campain. Such as name, address, phone, email, avg ro, date range, number of visits and so on in just one report. Let me know.
Re: Customer - One Time Visit
We are not fluent in Excel. My boss wants nothing to do with it. We have tried to use the sorting in Excel on other reports. He is not a fan. We both do not use Excel enough to be able to do that. Is there anyway that the report can be set up in Mitchell or Bolt On that will print address labels for the Bolt On reports. For now, we will try to see if the New/Inactive tab in Mitchell will bring up the labels for the people we need. Otherwise, there are not that many, so we may hand write them. But it would be nice to have the Labels coming right from the Bolt On reports like the Follow-up in Mitchell does.

Re: Customer - One Time Visit
Which reports would you like address labels out of Report Pro?
Re: Customer - One Time Visit
At the moment- Customer Spending & Visits Report & New Customers report... would be great. Thanks!
Re: Customer - One Time Visit
We not only need the labels but also to be able to mail merge the Customer & Vehicle information into a letter (like what we have in the Follow-up letters in Mitchell). This would be good for Recommendations report too, so the Recommendations would mail merge into the letter also.. Thanks
