Going to Estimate when opening Customer

When I select a customers car and go to add work to it, it is opening as an estimate and not a repair order? I have searched and searched I'm sure there is a way to open it as a repair order! Thanks

At the top of the window that results from clicking Start, there should be 2 radio buttons over to the right. That's where you select Estimate or Repair.

We seldom change that setting so it's not a place we look to often. I've been burned on that one before.
