Why do the saved users keep changing. They are saved a certain way and then the next day they are moved around or changed. I will put it back to how it was and save it but a couple days later it changes again. How do we keep that from happening.

Depending on the user settings you're having issues with there are different ways to save them, but one that we've had have the most success will be listed below.

Follow these steps

• Close ALL station
• Re-open one station
• Make all changes
• Close station
• Re-open all station

We have also see where the WIP settings have reset on random intervals. This is something we're working on as we haven't been able to replicate the this issue in house yet. Please reference the following thread for updates on the WIP reset situation: viewtopic.php?p=105846#p105846.

We so recommend having one user per station, so that each station can have their own configuration.
