Add New User?

Hey ya'll! My settings keep going back to the defaults and its driving me CRAZY!!! So I called our rep and he said to make new users.. HOW?? I cant seem to figure it out? Thanks, Melissa

This is posted in the Manager SE section so we assume you are using SE 6.4. The "User" is a profile that records your screen preferences.

I created this Knowledgebase article with a repeating 45 second loop of creating a User: http://www.mitchell1.com/knowledgebase/ ... php?id=182

Best bet if you have multiple PCs is to exit the other Manager SE on other workstations, create the User(s) and then re-start them all.

What if I did not exit all workstations? Any ideas on how to fix this? All of my users have a password lock that is not the one I entered...
