I have attempted to delete a Service Writer but Manager SE 7.2.9 keeps stating that the user is on an open work order. However, there names does not appear on an active work order, revision, or estimate. I have attempted several times over several months with the same response. Is there a way I can see where that user is being seen by the system so that I may change it? Tech supports answer is to just change the name to a new person when we hire the replacement, however, that name is now replaced in history when that person did not work here. Please advise.

It is just a matter of removing them from the open order. Finding it can be trickier. I've sent you a PM for specifics in your situation.
