Warranty / Write Off?

Scenario: I repair a vehicle and it is a warranty item. Parts no issue, however on the labor end how does everyone handle it so that our labor will be shown as a loss? I currently use a GL Code Warranty, however if I do not make a separate ticket and post the entire ticket as warranty it will not keep track of the warranty labor. Meaning I create the warranty invoice for customer and put my labor in at 1.0 hrs for example, then select warranty as payment option and it disappears, not calculated under the GL Code report.

When you create the warranty ticket, do you check the come back box?
