Export Canned Jobs
I apologize if this has been discussed before, but I could not find an answer on the forums. Is there a way to export canned jobs to a usb or similar device? We have 4 stores that run SE, and I am constantly updating and adding new jobs to make things easier. I would like all of our canned jobs to be the same at each location. If this is possible, my life would be so much easier.

Sorry, but Manager does not support that feature yet. It is, however, on the Enhancement Request list found here. http://www.managerforum.net/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=1876

Re: Export Canned Jobs
Keep in mind that the canned job itself doesn't have parts and labor in it. They use an internal shorthand of references to the items and these have to exist in the database. Here's an example:
Location 1 Canned Job #1146 contains
part 256
part 1188
labor string 629
Take it to location 2 and observe:
part 256 is really part 317 here [no match]
part 1188 not in database
labor string 629 not found
That is why it is not a simple thing to do.
