What size screen is best to have all columns displayed when WIP is displayed.

Do you use all of the columns? If not you can rearrange them in the order you wish. You may also change the width of each column.

We were wanting all the columns to be seen on the screen at one time and not change the font. I don't think what we are wanting can be done.

I would first ask what is your resolution set to? To confirm, right-click on your desktop and select Screen Resolution from the menu. (Windows 8 - your menu may vary with different operating systems). It may be that your current monitor screen is sufficient but we don't that yet.

The columns can each be moved and there sizes individually adjusted.

Oh, I didn't realize you use all of the columns. I was figuring you might want to try to do what we do. We moved the "promised time" and "completed time" ,"inv printed" and "ro printed" columns to the far right. Shrink the invoice number, phone number, license, type, written by, labor tech, and vehicle (do we really need to see lariat, sport or limited on wip?). By adjusting column width, you can reduce the real estate taken up by empty space.
