Notes not printing

I am running 6.6.10 and when I print a estimate from revision, the notes that I put on there are not printing. It may be just a setting, but I am missing it if it is.

Do you have the checkbox within the note set to 'Print on Order'? If so, which estimate template are you using?

Estimate without hours. Yes the box is checked.

Just because of the way my Manager is on my pc, I checked with another customer and it works on theirs, just not on this last customer that was in. Maybe this is linked to the same issue as with the phone numbers.

I am using the same estimate and it prints fine for me. Something wonky on your end. If it's just that one, you may be correct.

Ya I tried different ones and so far it is just that one. I can live with that more than the phone number issue. Wish there was a fix for that!!!

I haven't had an issue with either thing. Id be on the phone with tech support.

The last guy I had when trying to get the phone numbers to work gave me the feeling of he couldn't do it so just said that's the way it is.

Did they remote in? Were they able to duplicate the issues?
