Password Protecting Balance Owed

Is there a way to make the current balance owed blocked from users seeing it without a password? We have the reports password protected but would like our technicians to not have access to what our fleet accounts balances are. Sorry if this is posted else where, I was searching but not seeing it specifically.

Where are they seeing this? If it is on the Customer screen, this cannot be protected. If it is on the F5 Batch Payment window only certain functions are protected there.

The simplest solution (and many here will agree) is to keep the technicians out of the Manager SE program.
