Transfer Vehicle

I'm Trying To Transfer Vehicle From One Customer To Another. However I Do not Want To Transfer history. How Can I Do This?

The history will transfer with the vehicle. Why would you not want this?

Edit: The main reason for vehicle transfer is to move history with it. In reality, if you did not want that to happen, you could delete the original vehicle from the original owner and create a *new* vehicle with the same vin under the new customer. Not really a transfer, but a delete and recreate.
