I don't know if this has been discussed before as I am not a big user of this Forum, Are you looking into some way to link Mitchell 1 with " Auto Integrate" it is a on line service that handles all of Donlen, Enterprise, and Emkay. As of now I have to make a repair order two times " one in Mitchell1 and one in Auto Integrate".

I don't think it's ever been mentioned here before. It's been a while since we've had any dealings with Emkay here at my shop. Are there other SM providers that have an interface with them?
