Shop Supply & Hazmat Resetting?

Over the last couple weeks I have noticed the Shop Supplies and Hazmat setting are resetting to their previous setting. I had increased them about two weeks ago. They seem to be fine for 3-4 days then out of nowhere they reset. Has anyone else had this issue? Any thoughts as to what it may be? As I am typing this it occurred to me I have been making my changes off a workstation as opposed to the host. Might that be the issue?

Shut down all workstations and make the change at the host. Then shut the host down. Power everyone back up and see if the changes stick.

Every time I have had a setting sticking issue, this has resolved it.
