Email Column in Customer List
We are trying to collect email addresses from our customers for CRM. When looking up a customer to schedule an appointment for example, the customer list shows just about everything except their email address in that list. Is there a setting to make this display when the lookup list appears, so if it is missing we can collect it while we have them on the phone? My example would be when a customer calls in to make an appointment, we look up their name to put them on the schedule. Using version 6.6.12. I hope this makes sense.

In the latest application version, you would know if you have a customer's email or not when making an appointment. The scheduler is completely revamped in 7.1.7; and there is some setup and adjustment time for the change. However, it does allow you to see if you have an email for an existing customer, and allows you to enter one if the customer is new to your shop.
