Invoices Changing Names?

Periodically we have a problem that a repair order/invoice will change customer. It seems to happen the most when we are making it an invoice. When we are done making it out or done inputting things we click on the WIP to get out of the screen. Later we go back to find it and it has a different name and vehicle. It seems be the next customer we go into. Any thoughts on why this happens.

Please check the lower right corner of your program for the version number and include that in your post. You may be on a version that could have had a workflow that ended up with this undesired result.
