Service Writer

Is there any way for me to be the service writer and parts technician? I couldn't get it to do it.

Yes, I Have A service Writer & Technician Within My List.

Exactly. You'll want to create employee entries for yourself as both a service writer and another as a technician.

Ok. Will I make the technician inactive or not?

it should be Active to be visible for scheduling.
