Add New Vehicle To Customer Profile

Hi all, having some trouble adding another vehicle to a customers profile. They recently purchased a new vehicle and the system seems to only let us alter the vehicle they have. Thanks.

Open customer. Click on vehicle tab. At bottom of screen is a "new" button. Click that and add new vehicle.
