Database Clean-Up?

Any way to do a mass clean up of old customers? Would prefer to just exclude from marketing but if a full delete is available, that's certainly an option I would entertain. Thank you!

Hello Oxfordauto,

Currently, there is no purge customer feature; however, this is something that is discussed often and will eventually make its way into the program. If you are using our CRM program, you can choose to exclude customers from marketing campaigns by unchecking the "Include in CRM Campaign" found in the Customer tab's Customer Snapshot (this will exclude all the customer's vehicles). There is a similar checkbox in the Vehicle tab to exclude only certain vehicles.

If you are using the Reports -> Follow Up function, I'd suggest use the New/Inactive to filter who you market to based on their last invoice which includes a date range picker.
