Merging Skopkey data

Post by Rbkemmererl »

As of right now, we have 2 shops and 2 shop key licenses. within the next month or so we will be combining both shops into one. Is there any way to merge the customer base and history info?

From previous threads I understand that it is nor possible to merge 2 databases. I'm guessing they would have to be set up exactly the same for that to be a possibility. Perhaps support can import customers from one database to the database you are keeping?

Sorry Rob,

The databases can't be blended. The best thing you can do is probably start entering your top customers from one location into the other, and plan to keep a terminal with an inactive copy of the shop management on it for reference to the other database.
