How Do I Save My Preferences?

Post by AdamD »

Just upgraded to 6.4 yesterday, I open the program today and all the preferences I changed yesterday (like getting rid of the default print to screen for invoices) are nullified. I am logged on as a user, the only one I created. Is there a step I'm missing to keep these changes? Do I have to run as administrator to make these changes stay?

From the post above yours: How to Create a User in SE

Please note that Usernames and screen preferences are not part of the migration process between Manager 5.9.x and Manager SE.

Yes, I created a user, and then changed the preferences, but the settings defaulted when I opened the program today.

If it still says DEFAULTUSER down in the lower RH corner that will happen.

Did you select the name from clicking on Users and highlighting it and then clicking on OK to make it display down there?

I must not have when I did it, because it seems to save now. Not sure what happened!
