I hate how when you click a diagram it shows all the parts in the right hand column. You then have to collapse it so it's not so cluttered when trying to get the part you are actually looking for. It did not used to do this.
The issue Im having is that with Ford, the availability is gone. I looked up parts for a 1994 Buick Century this morning and no problem. It is really frustrating. For what ever issue Ford is having, they need to get it resolved. Push the right button so we can have availability back.
I understand the frustration and appreciate the feedback. Previously the Ford catalog in RepairLink covered all vehicles from 1990 to today - now all vehicles from 2007 to present are covered and some vehicles from 2000 to 2007 are also covered. For several marketing and technical reasons, Ford and OEC concluded that vehicle coverage could be reduced without significant impact. Many shops have disagreed - and we're glad that you have spoken up - we are now in discussions with Ford to return all (or at least most) of the vehicle coverage to its previous level.

We got this same message several months ago. And I'm wondering how long we must wait till something happens. Not trying to antagonize anyone - simply saying.

Back on February 26,2018 the same message was first posted and I assumed it may have been the same person but apparantly not. I think most of us understand that to correct something does take effort and some time. But beings it has been several months since then, I was hoping that a solution might be forthcoming but by all appearances we will need to wait longer. Ok.
Like most companies. They just seem to be dragging their feet until we give in and accept it how it is. I think they way to resolve it is to go to your dealers and tell them. That’s where they get their money.
I just wanted to assure you we haven't forgot about these issues and we continue to work towards a solution. I will make sure to update this forum as soon as we have an update for you. As always, your patience is appreciated.

Thanks Steve,
We look forward to the betterment of RepairLink. This program has so much potential. Having a gateway into the OEM is a huge advantage for us and we want to leverage that as much as possible.

I do agree. It is difficult to see the potential with this program when we are trying to use it and it doesn't seem to function as it should.
Going through Mitchell and Repairlink and looking up parts with pictures the pictures don't show up. But if i open up a separate browser either chrome or internet explorer and go that way the pictures show up like they should.
