Inventory Search

Post by MattFMN »

If I'm understanding what I'm doing (red flags should be flying) and seeing, when you search Inventory by description, it only really searches the first word. In this day and age...that just seems primitive. Again, I'm not positive the placement of my posts is in the correct area for asking/demanding updates/changes to the program. If not, I apologize. I just feel that a keyword search should find the word anywhere in the description.

Thanks!

I'm not sure if it's the same as 5.9, but you need a wildcard character for a broader search. In 5.9 we use '%' in front of the word or at both ends. That gets more results. Try it and see.

"Going...going...GONE!"

You knocked that out of the ballpark.

Thank you, it worked just as you stated.
