Cleaning Up Purchase Orders?

!!GASP!! - We don't use the purchase orders options correctly - in the fact that we don't receive the parts in thru the purchase order portion of the program. Is there a way to delete them without having to go in to each individual ones? Just realized it might be time to clear them out.

Tech support has a routine that can be run to accomplish that for you.

I would like to know who uses this Inventory PO function with out deleting them with QB's? We are trying to decide if this function works well and we should use this or delete the tickets every day before we integrate into QB's.

Any advise is much appreciated

We do not close out the PO unless it is a direct stock order, that we want to go into our inventory. Those are ones that are just for a vehicle we are working on.. we just leave hang otherwise is messes up our stock. I would love to get these cleaned out too with out closing them & putting them in our stock order. Right now the system works with out closing them. ARS
