Catalog Look-Up
All my online web based catalogs have removed the option of ordering directly. It forces me to transfer back into the invoice and then order from within the invoice. Is there a way around this because it now makes canned jobs useless.

Re: Catalog Look-Up
Only a few internet catalogs ever supported that and it's up to the vendor if that ability is provided. Who switched on you?
Canned jobs and Order or Revision screen ordering should still be fully functional.

Personally I like the way it works. I can post parts from different vendors on my order, check the pricing, delete and order.
never argue with a fool, they'll drag you down to their level and beat you with experience

Re: Catalog Look-Up
I'm thinking you just recently upgraded to version 6.4 from version 5.9 and the catalog in question is either Nexpart or ACDelco Wise. If this is the case, you can install a different version of those catalogs from http://m1faqs.com/fix/SE/catalogs/whi-acd.exe . While this version of the catalog allows you to order from within the catalog itself, it does not create a purchase order and parts added to an order in ManagerPlus will not be highlighted when ordered in this fashion. (Note: Highlighting? Version 6.5 of ManagerPlus - due soon - will highlight part lines on orders when the system 'sees' the part as ordered.kirksautocare wrote:All my online web based catalogs have removed the option of ordering directly.
