The following vin is for a 2014 Toyota Camry LE with a 2.5L motor, non-hybrid. 4T4BF1FK3ER372701
The vin decodes properly on Manager, but when it is passed to the Activant catalog (specifically ASA/Sanel auto parts) it decodes as a 2014 Rav4 Electric.
I can't seem to grab a screenshot of this, but it happens consistently. Don't know who's end this is on, but I figured it was best to start here.
Thanks!
Figured out how to grab screen on Windows 10.

Re: VIN Pass To Activant Catalog Glitch?
Yes this appears to be an error with the Activant/Epicor catalog; making an inquiry stay tuned

Re: VIN Pass To Activant Catalog Glitch?
I have moved this to the catalog topic as that is where the issue lies and the VIN actually decodes properly.
We can alert Activant (Epicor) as to the issue but it will take time for them to resolve. In the meantime, we recommend manually changing the lookup inside the catalog to be 'Camry LE' to ensure that the correct parts are ordered.
