Changing Status On P.O.s?
When ordering through the system it shows the order as processed but when manually creating an order it seems there is no way to change that. Is this correct? We have 3 people that are in and out of the system at different times and it makes it difficult to tell if an order has been processed or not.

You are correct. There is no indication on a manually created purchase order that the parts have been ordered. I've spoken about this at the RO level where it would be nice to see the same color change for parts that have been ordered manually. I think that would happen in lock-step with the PO status change. I've also advised users NOT to create a manual purchase order without actually calling the order in (or fax/email) so as to not create confusion. Another workaround would be to add an internal comment regarding the status; whichever works best for your workflow.
