Not natively; you could export (upper left corner icon in Print Preview window) to CSV file, open it in Excel and apply a filter to the QOH field.

I was trying that, but it will not export for me. all I get is the "please wait preparing document" progress message and it never seems to complete that, I have let it run for an hour when I went to lunch. I wonder if the size of it is part of the issue (it's 564 pages).

That's huge; you must have a ton of "inventory" records that are just non-stocking part records with zeros?

we transferred over from TRACS, which from my understanding does that. I'm reluctant to throw the baby out with the bath water also as we do legitimately have a large inventory.ricmorin wrote:I'm 668 pages.Bryce418 wrote:I was trying that, but it will not export for me. all I get is the "please wait preparing document" progress message and it never seems to complete that, I have let it run for an hour when I went to lunch. Converted database is another factor; it may work fine on the surface for all intents and purposes, but there may be something lurking deep down that the export function cannot reconcile.
1. Try the export again when you can see if it finally completes the process or produces an error message.
2. If you get an error, please contact tech support to see if there are any remedies available.
