OEConnection knows they have to fix their catalog; I'm posting these raw updates as we go along so that our customers know that we are committed to seeing this happen.

Can you ask OEConnection why when there was reports of issues with GM they would update Ford. Second do they do any testing before going live with updates if not they might want to invest in that.

Data Update: 2/07

" We released a GM data update this past Friday. The update included about 75% of the missing GM VINs (2 of the examples you provided from forum users are included). We continue to work with GM & Ford specifically on any gaps & escalations."

"There is a filtering issue for GM (as the shop noted) when using Navigation. The team has identified a fix & we anticipate early March for the fix to be deployed."

Would some of you folks please check on the catalog images issue reported earlier and advise how it is now? It might be addressed and we want to confirm back to them. Thanks

So far this morning mine is working fine. Much better than it used to be.

Many thanks to whoever assisted with the improvements!

I am noticing when clicking on the number on the diagram that it will say no part call dealer but in the main list the part will show up with price.

Would there be any way you could post a screenshot or two of examples of this? The resource contact says this would be very useful. Thank you

Tim, my apologies. I loaded 2 screen shots, I was confused about why it would not "quote" my previous post. Only to find I clicked edit. So if you scroll back to January 5th you see the original post and then my bone head move and the "edit" from today. sorry.

A helpful note. If you go to look up an engine oil pan, dont look under engine, I mean....really....why would an engine oil pan be under the engine? It can be found under the heading "cooling system-grille-oil system"

How bizarre; I'm still processing Starter in engine rather than electrical.

Thanks I'll submit these; does that specific example STILL malfunction like that or is it fixed now?
