The help files and forum search aren't delivering much.

I'm sure several shops can comment on their actual procedures.
From a program support standpoint, the F1 Help page for Returns is in the process of the text being updated. The video link included on F1 Help page (same as forum 2016 SE Videos listing) is more detailed and found here: 6102 Inventory Transactions – Returns: http://youtu.be/Y1U2mtAvA9E
