Error trying to order parts on 7.3.7

Post by sbebenelli »

I'm on 7.3.7. When trying to order parts in a sub estimate I get this error. Then the program stops working for awhile then the order screen will appear.

This will likely need assistance from support, but what vendor/protocol are you using when the error occurs?

Try this: Copy and paste the items to another revision. Restart the program. Try again - see if works.

I get something like that at times also, been to busy to figure out what triggers it.

Sorry all,

I'm a couple of days behind. You can safely ignore this message and continue working. We are releasing a 7.3.8 patch in the near future to address this, but you will see this in Parts Ordering from Revisions periodically until updated.

Another error with the parts system. I notice that every time there is an update - it reverts the Mighty catalog to a previous version. I have to go around and manually re-install the Mighty catalog install on each computer.

Thanks for reporting this. It would certainly appear we're installing an older .dll than what is available. Making a record to get that fixed for our next major version/installer.
