Not sure if anyone else out there is using ePart Connection for parts ordering thru Mitchell or not. We're using it to order parts from NAPA and Berrodin. It appears that on newer vehicles, 2014 and up, ePart doesn't resolve the vehicle correctly. Essentially, clicking the ePart Connection button launches the NAPA site in a browser window but you have to manually click the Year, then the Vehicle Make, then the Vehicle Model, then the Engine Size. Whereas vehicles prior to 2014 go directly into the category for the part that you need. This is NOT sporadic but happens every time for a newer vehicle.
Anyone else seeing this issue? I can't seem to get any focus on this from the ePart Connect support side...

Re: ePart Connection
We use Pro-link, i have the issue at times also. Never really paid attention to YMM, but I will keep an eye it and see if it the same.
