ATD Catalog Serv Desc Missing

Greetings.

Anyone else having issues with the ATD Catalog? The "Serv Desc" (AKA Load Index Speed Rating) field (column) is no longer populated. This makes it difficult to decide which tire model to choose. I need to open the ATD site in a browser and jump through the hoops to display the tires I am interested in, then note the manufacturer's number, then jump back to the catalog in Manager and select the quantity, then send it to my estimate via the Transfer button. Whew! I'm exhausted!

I contacted ATD and they told me it was Mitchell's problem, I contacted Mitchell tech support, and they told me it was ATD's problem. A problem of this magnitude has to be somebody's problem! Please help!

Hi Frank,

We did notice this information was not being displayed correctly in the latest version of the catalog. We're working on an updating the catalog to bring that back.
