*** REPAIRLINK UPDATES NEEDED August 13, 2018

If you are a shop who uses RepairLink Shop within Mitchell1, an update is needed. You will not be able to access RepairLink starting on8/13/18 if this update is not completed.

Please Call OEConnect at 888-776-5792 then press 2 if you require help installing this catalog.

How to update:

Step 1: Exit Manager
Step 2: Click here: http://m1faqs.com/fix/SE/catalogs/
Step 3: Go to Line 18 and click on RepairLink on the right.
Step 4: Run Update from prompt
Step 5: Run on every workstation

I assume that users need to run this update at each workstation where RepairLink is run.

Edit: Oops! Guess I missed step 5.

I did it on each workstation. Hopefully I did it correct.

You can check by looking at the version number. The old version was 1.1.1

Folks,

I have just communicated with OEConnect and they have agreed that a notice posted Friday saying you must update by Monday is not enough lead time for users. I suspect the old version will continue to operate for at least two weeks and then decommissioned in favor of the new version. Please stay tuned.

Users of the OEConnect catalog need to update their current catalog, the old version will cease to work on August 13, 29018. See above for instructions.
