Repairlink & Ford Illustration view

Post by rhillig »

I know this has been addressed in the forum before, but I searched & can't see if anyone has a solution.

When looking up Ford vehicles in Repairlink - instead of the illustration view - there is just a greyed out area. Is it something wrong on their end? Or something we need to update on our computers?

The subject kinda got dropped like a hot rock......

I just go directly to their web site and look stuff up. The photos all show up, just have to waste the time to transfer the part/price info.

Thank you for that information - I never even thought about that option. At least we can see the illustrations then.

Another thing RepairLink related I do, We add every Manufacturer we can. Example, I have Mercedes Benz of Ann Arbor as a dealer in RL. I can use it then to look up MB parts, once I sell the job I simply call the dealer we have an account with.

We have been doing that too! That is why the illustrations showing is critical - it helps with taking apart/putting vehicles back together as well!!
