Mark up per customer

Post by rhillig »

I know this may or may not have been discussed before. Is it possible to adjust mark up by customer?
We are looking at a side venture (building trailers) and would like to use our current program to "bill out" the trailer costs - but don't want to have the prices marked up, as we want to know what the cost is vs retail price. I'm sure there are other programs more specific to this, but if this doesn't get too big, I would just as soon use something we already have.

It is possible to adjust parts markup by customer, however it's calculated as a percentage discount after the matrix. That said, there's no way to get all the prices at cost. Best to simply click on the margin field on each part and enter zero.

I kinda figured that, but thought there might be something I was missing.

We can just go thru and manually adjust them for now. It would probably be a dangerous thing to have in a real world setting because it could get clicked accidentally!
